You will find Seville Airport about 10 kms north west of this thriving city.

Although Seville is the Capital of Andalucia which is home to the Costa Del Sol, Costa De La Luz, Cost Tropical and Costa Almeria, only around 20% of it's passengers traffic is from outside Spain. Passenger numbers are climbing and in 2005 just over 3.2 million people passed through the airport compared to just 1.8 million back in 1999.

Seville Airport Car Hire
If you rent a car from the airport you can drive down to Jerez in just under an hour, Marbella on the Costa del Sol in around 3 hours and even Faro in Portugal in around 2½ hours. There are five main rental car companies based at the airport and you can find them on the ground floor of the main terminal building.

Flights to Seville Airport
Most of the passneger traffic at Seville Airport arrives on Internal Spanish flights. From Seville there are regular flights to the following Spanish Cities:
Alicante, Asturias, Barcelona, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Leon, Madrid, Palma, Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Tenerife North and South, Valencia and Vigo. The best airlines to try for these flights are Iberia and Spanair. You can also fly from Dublin with Aer Lingus, Liverpool and Stansted with Ryanair and from Gatwick and Heathrow with Iberia and British Airways.

Seville Airport Taxis
Getting from the Airport into the center of Seville is easy and quick. If you catch a Seville Airport Taxi the journey will take you around 15 mins and costs between €15 and €22 depending on which time of day you travel. The taxi rank is just outside the terminal building.

Seville Airport Buses

Seville Airport Departures
Within the Seville Airport Departures Hall there are 42 check in desks and 8 different boarding gates. In total there are seven shops and a couple of cafes at the airport. The largest shop is the Aldeasa shop that sells everthing from cigarettes to perfume.
