How can I sign up?
It is very easy.
1.- Buy an Orange cell phone at any Orange store in Seville. Prices starting from 30 €.
2.- Buy your SIM CARD for only 10 € at our office in Seville. C/ Muñoz y Pabón, 7. With this card you get your phone number.
3.- Make your first phone call.
4.- Recharge your SIM CARD with 10 € and get 5 € for free within the first 45 days. You can find this recharge at our office.

How does it work?
Your SIM card is ready to use. You may use it on any free phone. Scratch the silver band on your welcome card to discover your PIN (code required to switch on your handset) and PUK( personal unlocking key).
We recommend you keep this information in a safe place for future reference.
If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your card will lock for safety reasons and will require you to enter the PUK.
Remove the SIM card from its plastic frame to install it in the handset. Switch it on, enter the PIN and that’s it; you’re ready to start calling!
Your card will automatically be activated and ready to receive calls as soon as you make your first call.

Your telephone number has been printed on the SIM card on the plastic frame.   Don’t forget to give your family and friends your new number. If you wish to change the PIN for another number that you find easier to remember, please consult you handset user manual.

Calls and messages
Happy móvil is a pre-paid service. Therefore you have already paid for your phone calls and messages in advance. This is also an easy way to control how much you consume.

Your balance
If you want to know your balance, simply call 2985 from your phone (the first ten calls each months are free. Further calls will cost only 15 cents).
The card never expires as long as its balance is positive and you recharge at least every 6 months.

How to recharge your Happy Móvil card
Just buy at our office a new recharge phone card.
Make a free call to 2982 from your phone, follow the instructions, dial the secret code on the card and that’s it. You have recharged your balance!
 

Voice mail
Happy Móvil offers a free voice mail service available at 242.You may customize this service the first time you use it.

Loss of theft
If you have lost your happy móvil or if it has been stolen, call customer service at 902 007 599 as soon as possible.
We shall block calls so that nobody may use your balance and you will only lose the amount consumed up to the moment you notify us.
Your cell phone includes a unique 15 digit identification code, the IMEI code,  that is usually engraved on the back of the handset, beneath the battery.
If you have also lost your handset or if it has been stolen,  you should let us know its IMEI code. We will also block the handset so that nobody will be able to use it in Spain.

The Happy Móvil customer service is available 24 hours a day at 2980, you can call from your handset, or if you call from any other telephone please dial 902 007 599.
